Design
Working with the Customer during the conceptual stages of a project, B & G Controls LTD are able to assist in the preparation of operating philosophies. Following this, a detailed specification can be provided in compliance with the customer's requirements. To enable a rapid turn around from concept through to final proposal, computer aided design and costing facilities are used extensively.

Manufacture
Systems are built to high quality standards by trained experienced engineers. Any component manufacturer can be used to accommodate individual customer standards. Detailed drawings of the mechanical layout and circuit diagrams are provided for customer approval prior to manufacture.

Testing
All systems are thoroughly tested following completion of manufacture prior to invitation of the Customer to witness test. Test Certificates are provided for the general operation of the plant. Specific Test Certificates such as insulation testing to 5KV are supplied as required.

Installation
A complete in house M & E and minor civil installation service is offered by B & G Controls Ltd. Specialist or nominated sub contractors are used as dictated by the system design.

Commissioning
A systems commissioning service is available.

Maintenance
A maintenance and "breakdown" service is available with a rapid response to ensure down time is kept to a minimum.
